SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping options available for your order. Orders that qualify for free shipping will have that option automatically applied at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Simply Lili is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Simply Lili as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
